Dr. Wilson Z. XIA
Dr. Wilson Xia received a doctorate in chemistry from the University of Queensland, which is one of the top 50 universities in the global QS ranking.
Has many years of overseas work and life experience (Australia, United States, Singapore and Hong Kong). He has been the technical director of the Asia-Pacific region for 15 years at the Japan Paint China Innovation Center and the US-listed Japanese listed chemical and materials company. Tu China R & D Center NCRD Rohm and Haas General Manager (now Dow Chemical) Dow Chemical Asia R & D Director, TECHNIC Asia Pacific Technical Director, Brady Technical Director New York: BRC Asia Pacific R&D Director, Park Electrochemicals ( NYSE): PKE) Technical Director of Asia Pacific.
Dr. Xia is currently the managing director of Alpha Advanced Technologies, a Hong Kong high-tech company. He is engaged in the research and development of green environmental protection technologies and materials in Hong Kong and mainland China.
Dr. Benjamin T. Lee, Pharm.D
Managing Director, Comprehensive Drug Enterprises Ltd (CDE) and Head of Research, Athenex Innovative HK Ltd.
Benjamin has a long career in pharmaceutical product and medical device development and commercialization. Founded in 2005, CDE is an award winning, technology-driven company that provides innovative solutions for drug delivery systems in the Hong Kong Science Park, it has products from the pre-clinical to clinical stage of development. Benjamin’s leadership roles also include General Manager of Athenex Hong Kong Innovative Ltd, which focus on formulation development to support the Athenex global R&D platform; the Director of group subsidiaries on medical devices: MJ Medical Gel Systems (Hong Kong) Co. Ltd. and the MJ Medical Devices (ChongQing) Co. Ltd. which focus on topical wound care products. He also served as the member in the Intellectual property Assessment Committee of the Hong Kong Polytechnic University since 2016. Benjamin received his Pharmacy Doctorate degree from the University of Kentucky, College of Pharmacy. Subsequently, he trained under Drug Development and Clinical Research Fellowships at the Glaxo Wellcome and the University of North Carolina, School of Pharmacy. Upon completion of his Fellowships, Dr. Lee joined Glaxo Wellcome as a Research Scientist in respiratory diseases, rising to group manager in Clinical Development Center at the GlaxoSmithKline prior to form CDE in 2005 in Hong Kong. Since 2015, CDE is a subsidiary of the Athenex Inc (ATNX), a Nasdaq listed Biopharmaceutical company.
